The "World Class 300" incubation project is to be intensively supported by the government by selecting small and medium-sized companies with the will and potential for growth in order to nurture 300 global companies by 2017. Selected companies will provide R&D within 7.5 billion won (with an annual limit of 1.5 billion won) for up to five years and 80 million won per project by obligating them to establish patent strategies for development technologies. There have been difficulties sometimes while doing more than 20 years of business, but I feel great satisfaction because the silent development of the company as a technology-intensive company has paid off in its own way," Oh said. Since the establishment of the company in 1993, Oh has been equipped with world-class technological prowess and business scale through constant efforts and innovation. It has the No. 1 domestic and No. 1 technology in the world by developing its own system mold called "Green Mold" and obtaining domestic and global patents. In recognition of its technological prowess by supplying built-in parts to Chrysler and Tesla, it is a company with many award-winning experiences such as the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Award and the $30 million Export Tower. It started with seven workers in the early stages, but now about 250 workers have established themselves as mid-sized companies that achieve 65 billion won in annual sales.
